What materials are KeepCups made from?
Our products are crafted from high-quality materials including tempered soda lime glass, BPA/BPS-free non-toxic plastic, and sustainably sourced cork. Each component is designed for durability and a premium drinking experience.
Are KeepCups dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our plastic and glass ranges are dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, we recommend handwashing our Brew Cork series to preserve the natural cork band. For microwaving, please remove the lid before heating.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Yes, we believe in longevity. You can purchase individual lids, plugs, and bands on our website to extend the life of your KeepCup instead of replacing the entire unit.
Are KeepCups spill-proof?
KeepCups are designed to be splash-proof with a secure press-fit lid, making them perfect for walking or driving. However, they are not a hermetically sealed vacuum flask and should not be placed upside down in a bag.
