Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused KeepCup in its original box to ensure it stays protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
